Our technicians are trained to the industries professional standard Advanced Technician Accreditation (ATA) which is regulated by The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI). All parts we use are brand new and are also made to European standards with brands such as Pilkington and Saint Gobain. We refuse to fit inferior or used products.
What is classed as car body glass?
Any car glass other than your car windscreen that goes around the vehicle. Please observe the diagram above.
How long will it take to change my body glass?
Depending on which glass is needed and what style of vehicle, the replacement times can vary a lot! If it’s a straight forward bonded quarter glass it could be as little as 30 minutes (but needs 30 minutes curing time after). Or if it’s a frameless coupe door glass it sometimes can take well over an hour. What we suggest is allowing at least a couple of hours for any glass replacement to allow for any unforeseen problems or awkward replacements.
How much does a body glass cost?
Most common everyday body glasses we supply and fit are reasonable in cost to replace. However less common vehicles or glasses that require a lot of manufacturing ie Heated rear screens or Dark privacy tinted glasses etc… can be more costly.
